All orders must be placed using a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, or Discover. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Merchandise is subject to change or discontinue without notice. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver because our inability to obtain supplies.

Claims
Claims for any discrepancies must be made within 10(ten)Business days of the receipt of the order.


Returns
Orriginals, Inc. must authorize all Returns. Claims must be made within 10 (ten) Business days. It is the receiver’s responsibility to check for discrepancies in an order before any alterations or decorations are made. Altered or Decorated garments are not returnable. A return authorization number must accompany all returns. The return must be received with the original corresponding invoice number.


Credit to Account
Before any credit is applied to the Customer Account, Orriginals, Inc. has 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of the Claim or Return to review the damaged good(s) and/or Purchase Order.
